I know this sort of sounds like bs but it’s weird. One of our veterinary drs has been battling cancer for the past few years, making it in when she could for clients that were important to her. She passed away in her sleep a few nights ago. I swear her office line has been lit up since around then. I’m sure there’s a reasonable explanation but it’s still creepy.

It’s been a long time.

I know I never updated this much, but I’m trying again. i weigh 160 today, I’m trying to get my shit together, I’ve decided I want to take a picture of everything I eat, to try and keep me on track. post them all at the end of the day or something? This is all really just for me. I want to force myself to write a daily progress report so I can feel accomplished. Just one day is a tough thing. It’s time to work out. Let’s go!

Measured myself today. Since about two weeks ago I’m down a half inch on my thigh, hips are down another inch and bicep down a half inch. Waist stayed the same. Pretty satisfying still :>

Uhhmm really right now I’m just doing that 30 day Jillian Michaels thing. I’ve skipped one day so far. That was the day I couldn’t move my legs. I feel like I should be doing extra ab and arms stuff. I try to walk get out and walk around as much as I can. 


Also as you can tell I’m not trying to keep up with this everyday. Which is fine with me.
